We are located on Arvon Avenue, just a short walk from Llandudno’s seafront. We have been awarded 3 stars by Visit Wales and our 8 bedrooms have:

We are located just a short walk from Llandudno centre, pier and promenade. Arvon House is ideally situated for you to enjoy The Great Orme attractions and the Wales Coastal Path. It is also a great base to explore North Wales – Bodnant Gardens, Conwy Castle and the Welsh Mountain Zoo are a short drive away.

Wonderful Stay
We stayed 2 nights at this lovely guest house. The room was beautifully decorated, spotless and had everything you would need. There was some lovely touches of chocolates and homemade cake. Breafast was not included but this was not a problem as lots of places near by served breakfast and it meant you could get up when you wanted to. Adele and Joe were lovely hosts and made us feel very welcome. We will most certainly visit again.

Perfect
Always a lovely and friendly welcoming from Adele and Joe, who are the most friendliest people, making you looking forward to your stay with them. They are always on hand for any advice for local visits, eateries and drinks. This establishment is spotless, I would totally recommend.

Amazing
We stayed here for 3 nights in August, the rooms and place where absolutely spotless. The owners couldn’t do enough for us. They where very helpful advising us of places to see whilst we where there. Nothing was too much trouble for them. The only downfall is that no breakfast was served, but that was due to Covid . There where some amazing cafe on the front just 2 mins walk away so it wasn’t a problem. Great location. A big thankyou for making our stay enjoyable and will definitely return again
